A powerhouse vocalist, Donna’s brilliance manifests amazing stylistic diversity. From R&B ballads to hot dance tunes, her sultry voice caresses every melody, as she whispers, belts and hollers in the best soul tradition.

 Born in Key West and raised in Tampa, where she was a Tampa Bay Buccaneer cheerleader, Donna launched her career in the ‘80s as a backup vocalist with Gloria Estefan & Miami Sound Machine.  She received numerous accolades in the late ‘80s with her hit single, "Serious" (#20 on the Pop charts and #5 on the R&B charts), from her first album “Perfect Timing.”  Donna’s second hit was "Real,” produced by Jon Secada and Emilio Estefan, for Sylvester Stallone’s film “The Specialist.”  She has also worked with numerous other recording artists, including Shakira, Jon Secada and Jennifer Lopez.

 It was during her nine years of touring with Gloria Estefan & Miami Sound Machine that Donna began creating her own music and is now on her way to fulfill her dream of a soulful Gospel album.

 “I've learned so much from Gloria and Emilio,” says Donna, “And I am forever grateful for every opportunity given to me through God.   I will always remember ‘lessons are forever a part of life's growing,’  and believe me, I’ve had a lot of growing to do through the years. This is why I am so excited about my new project. I've worked with so many major artists through the years, and now it’s time for me to focus on God, family, friends and my new album.
